Hello, Some information on stocks at InnODivE. - The products are in most cases in stock in our warehouses and are dispatched within 1 to 4 working days. In some cases, several of you can order the same product at the same time, so the stock is located with our suppliers and the products will be dispatched within 5 to 8 working days. - Products with minimal stock require a supplier order: In this case, we usually ship within 5 to 8 days. - Products that require a supplier order (Products not in stock, or made to measure, or special size): You can order, but we recommend that you consult us for an exact deadline. - Products for which no deadline or stock is indicated have an unknown lead time. We recommend that you consult us before placing any order. - "Out of stock" indicates that the products are in re-supply. In this case, you can click on "Stock Info" to be notified when the products arrive in our stock. Innodive unfortunately does not transport packages and we are therefore dependent on carriers (and we have little choice), their delivery time and the seriousness of the delivery person ... - We sometimes ship partial packages in order to deliver the products faster. This is done at the discretion of Innodive. - Despite our best efforts, we are not immune from error (it is human!), So please excuse us if this happens. Just contact us, and we'll fix it ASAP. - According to our T & Cs we have a maximum of 20 working days to deliver your order. Beyond that, you can request cancellation and reimbursement. Goodbye
